Tender for Supply and Installation of Office Furniture and Related Accessories - EEAS-2022- 009-DELKENN-SUP-FWC
The objective is to conclude a direct supply contract for supply and installation of office furniture and related accessories within short leads times in accordance with minimum technical specifications set out in the tender. Tenderers are not authorised to tender for variants, must tender for all the furniture items outlined in the tender specifications and shall specify the duration of the guarantee for the furniture items. The warranty must be minimum 2 years valid from the date of delivery and shall also apply to spares, and include technical support covering repair or replacement of defective parts, labour and visiting costs to the contracting authority premises.
Eco- friendly materials is preferred i.e. eco-friendly furniture or furniture meeting the standards EU Ecolabel 11, equivalent national environmental label or internationally accepted standards.
The maximum delivery period allowed is 8 -12 weeks from the date of order. Tenderers must specify their lead-time for deliveries. Deliveries are to be made during working hours of the delegation, currently Monday – Thursday between 9.00am – 3.00pm and Friday between 9.00am-12.00pm.
The place of performance is the European Union Delegation office premises currently located at DunHill Towers House, 115 Waiyaki Way Westlands, Nairobi. The contractor shall bare all costs and risks in delivering the goods to the place of delivery.
