Tender for Travel Management and Related Services for the EU Delegation to Kenya - EEAS/DELKENN/2026/008

The European External Action Service (EEAS) / Delegation of the European Union to Kenya (the lead contracting authority), together with the Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (DG ECHO) Regional Office, Nairobi, Kenya, intends to launch an inter-institutional low-value procurement procedure to establish a framework contract for the provision of travel management and related services.

The scope of the contract includes, but is not limited to:

  • Flight booking and ticketing;
  • Hotel reservations;
  • Airport transfers;
  • Car rental; and
  • Other related travel services,

to be provided in accordance with the policies, procedures and guidelines set out in the European Union Mission Guide for Officials and Other Servants of the European Commission, which will be annexed to the tender specifications.

This procurement procedure is addressed to duly qualified travel agencies with demonstrated experience in providing travel management and related services for official business travel (missions) on the basis of transaction fees. Tenderers must hold all required authorisations and shall have the necessary human and technical resources to perform the contract in accordance with the tender specifications. Tenderers must be able to demonstrate their capacity by submitting valid supporting documentation.

The framework contract shall have a maximum duration of 48 months.
