EU Delegation in Kuwait organises an exhibition on the impact of Russian invasion on Ukrainian infrastructure and heritage

The EU Delegation in Kuwait hosted an exhibition on 21 February to mark the second non-anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, which takes place on 24 February. The exhibition, which displayed the destruction caused by Russian indiscriminate attacks on Ukrainian civilian infrastructure and cultural heritage, was co-organized in cooperation with the Ukrainian Embassy in Kuwait.

The exhibition, which displayed the destruction caused by Russian indiscriminate attacks on Ukrainian civilian infrastructure and cultural heritage, was co-organized in cooperation with the Ukrainian Embassy in Kuwait.

The exhibition was hosted by the EU Ambassador to Kuwait Ms. Anne Koistinen at her Residence. Ambassador of Ukraine Dr Oleksandr Balanutsa thanked the EU Delegation for spearheading Ukrainian cause in Kuwait since the beginning of the Russian aggression two years ago.  The opening of the exhibition was attended by Ambassadors of EU Member States in Kuwait as well as by Ambassadors and Chargés d’Affaires of United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and Japan.
