• Year of Manufacture: 2008
• Condition: non-functional, engine is faulty 

• Power: 25 kW

Conditions of the public sale:

· Interested bidders may view the generators at the Orion Storage Area, located at 5 Karadarinskaya Street, on 5 June from 10:00 to 12:00. 

· Offers indicating the proposed price in EUR must be submitted exclusively using the official Bid Request Form, which will be provided during the viewing. 

· Bid forms must be duly completed, signed, placed in a sealed envelope, and submitted to the European Union Delegation office at Business Center “Orion”, 5th floor, 21 Erkindik Blvd., no later than 10 June at 17:00. Please bring your ID with you. 

· The generators will be sold in their present condition without any warranties. 

· Bids that are not duly completed and do not contain all requested information will not be accepted. 

· The generators are located in a storage area and their removal will require a large crane. Bidders shall be responsible for all expenses related to removal and transportation. 

· The generators are sold as one lot and cannot be separated. 

· A designated Auction Committee will open all offers received within the deadline. Late offers will be rejected. The generators will be awarded to the highest bidder. 

· The generators will be handed over to the new owner after payment by bank transfer, submission of proof of payment, and completion of the registration formalities. Payment must be made by the winning bidder within five (5) working days following the announcement of the winner.
