Conditions of the public sale:

• Interested bidders can view the car at Business Center “Orion” parking, 21 Erkindik blvd. on 6 February from 11.00 – 16.00.
• Offers with proposed price in EUR must be submitted exclusively by using the official Bid Request Form that you will be provided with.
• Bid forms have to be duly filled in, signed and placed in a sealed envelope and submitted to the European Union Delegation office at Business Center “Orion”, 5^th floor, 21 Erkindik blvd. by 6 February at 17:00. Please bring your ID with you.
• Vehicle will be sold in the present condition without any warranties.
• Bids that are not duly completed with all requested information will not be accepted.
• Vehicle is not customs cleared. Customs clearance sum to be paid by citizens of Kyrgyzstan is 389 179 som 38 tyiyn. The winning bidder shall be liable for all registration formalities and payment of customs taxes.
• A designated Auction Committee will open all offers received within the deadline. Late offers will be rejected. The vehicle will be awarded to the highest bid.
• Vehicle will be handed over to the new owner after payment by bank transfer, submission of proof of payment and completion of registration formalities. Payment for the vehicle must be made by the winning bidder within 2 (two) working days after the announcement of the winner.
