Call for expressions of interest

The Delegation of the European Union to Kyrgyz Republic is looking to rent or buy a residence with a view to take up occupancy in early 2023.

The property must meet the requirements of the European Union in terms of quality of construction, space, security, location and representation of a diplomatic mission.

Residence must meet the following criteria:

• Independent construction on fully protected land with perimeter walls and a space for sentry box for guards.

• Have a large garden and terrace suitable for organization of receptions

• Have an easily accessible car parking that can accommodate a minimum of 10 vehicles

• Have a space for personnel

Of recent construction or renovation and the living area of ​​a maximum of 600m²:

• A reception area that can accommodate at least 50 guests with dining room and independent toilets

• A private area consisting of at least 4 bedrooms with bathrooms, living room, dining room and a kitchen adapted to the size and function of the residence.

The expected offers for the Residence concern constructions that comply with all local standards and regulations in terms of urban planning, safety, fire prevention and anti-seismic building codes. Compliance with EU or other international standards is an added advantage.

Proposals submitted should include:

• A complete description of the residence with its exact location

• A detailed floor plan

• Detailed information on rental conditions and prices

• Information on the identity of the owners or company name

• Deed of ownership documents

The proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, specifying on the envelope "Call for Expression of Interest for the residence" by post or courier no later than 10 March 2023 at the address indicated below:
