Call for Framework Partnerships for Regional Structured Dialogue and Capacity Building of the Civil Society in the Southern Neighbourhood
DG NEAR has published this call for proposals to foster and promote a functioning pluralistic and participatory democracy in the Southern Neighbourhood countries.
The objectives of this project are to:
- Increase participation of CSOs in policy making processes and policy dialogue,
- Promoting public accountability and the advocacy role of civil society,
- Enabling CSOs in the Southern Neighbourhood to participate in structured dialogue with the European Union.
These will be reached via the establishment of a pool of Framework Partners that share European Union's vision on capacity development of CSOs across the Southern Neighbourhood (SN), on regional structured dialogue between the European Union and CSOs, and on a framework of enhanced cooperation based on mutual interests and common general objectives.
An information session about this call for proposals will be held online on Friday 15th July at 11am (CET). Please register for the session.
