The 7th EU-Africa Business Forum (EABF22): Building Stronger Value Chains for Sustainable Growth and Decent Jobs

The 7th EU-Africa Business Forum (EABF22) will take place from 14-18 February 2022 in a hybrid format. Co-organised by the European Commission, the African Union Commission, as well as EU and African business organisations and key institutions, the event brings together political and business leaders from the EU and Africa to increase opportunities for sustainable economic partnerships.

 

Political and business leaders from the EU and Africa will meet at the 7th EU-Africa Business Forum (EABF22) to discuss ways to increase opportunities for sustainable economic partnerships across both continents. The 2022 event will focus on building stronger value chains for sustainable growth and decent jobs.

The 7th EU-Africa Business Forum (EABF22) will take place from 14-18 February 2022 in a hybrid format.

The EABF programme includes high-level panels, workshops and conferences. These will provide insights into key themes of EU-Africa business, trade and investment relations. The programme is divided along three themes: ‘Creating and enabling framework’, ‘Building stronger value chains’, and ‘Making it work for the people and the planet’.

EABF22 takes place ahead of the upcoming EU-AU Summit on 17-18 February and other stakeholder events, including civil society and youth events. It is co-organised by the European Commission, the African Union Commission, as well as EU and African business organisations and key institutions.
