Emergency Drought Response Expansion in Mohale's Hoek, Mafeteng, Quthing and Qacha's Nek

The objective of the project is to expand humanitarian support provided by the United Nations' World Food Programme (WFP) in Lesotho's southern districts.

 

The project provided additional humanitarian support to the United Nations' World Food Programme (WFP) to expand its ongoing emergency drought assistance to an additional 22,000 people in Lesotho's southern districts. 77,880 people are already receiving assistance. The targeted populations will receive cash transfers and food to meet their short-term basic food and nutrition requirements.
