The Delegation of the European Union to Mexico is planning to award a framework service contract related to the provision of legal services notably in the following fields: Labour law, commercial law, civil law.

The services will include:

• Provide legal advice and assistance on legal questions arising out and/or related to contracts of locally employed staff.
• Provide legal advice and assistance on matters of diplomatic procedure, notably immunities and privileges of this Mission.
• Prepare legal opinions, legal memorandums and briefs in the abovementioned areas of law.
