The EEAS / Delegation of the European Union to Mexico is launching a call for tenders using a/a negotiates procedure for services of:

Organise a day of outdoor cultural, recreational, and educational events in Chapultepec Forest, aimed at the general public, with the objective of promoting the European Union and the values ​​shared with Mexico, such as social cohesion, sustainability, and respect for the environment.

The event will feature interactive and accessible activities that highlight the cultural richness of the European Union Member States and foster community in an iconic public space

Main Activities

- Storytelling and readings of stories and legends from the EU Member States.

- Sports events and contests for young people.

- Screenings of European videos and films.

- Open-air opera, concerts, and traditional dances from the EU Member States.
