Invitation to participate to the tender: Delegation Building - Design & Build Contract

The Delegation of European Union in Mozambique, Maputo, will launch a tender regarding to the explanation below:         

The Delegation of the European Union to Mozambique (“EUDEL”) needs to initiate a public tender process to award third-party providers a Design & Build contract to perform a complete building renovation (architectural, engineering’s such as electrical, hydraulic, and communications), office fitment of approximately 1.800m2 of usable area (internal layouts, space planning, façades refurbishment). In this context, the purpose of the Tender is to select a contractor to carry out the complete design, works supervision, and construction of the office fit-out, ensuring strict adherence to the technical requirements and specifications outlined in the Technical Specifications and the Draft Contract. 

The subject of the Design and Build contract is the execution of the complete design, works supervision, and construction of the office fit-out of the premises of the European Union Delegation in Mozambique, ensuring strict adherence to the technical requirements and specifications outlined in the Technical Specifications and the Draft Contract.

The deadline for receiving requests to participate is 2^nd May 2025, 12h30 (local time), with local time being understood as the local time of the contracting authority's premises.

Requests to participate received after the deadline for receipt will be rejected.

A confirmation with the official date and time of your submission will constitute proof of compliance with the deadline for receipt of requests to participate in the tender.
