The Government of the Republic of Namibia represented by the National Authorising Office of the European Development Fund (EDF) intends to award a service contract for Technical assistance (TA) to enhance value addition, market access and competitiveness of private sector in Namibia in order to promote trade under the EPA with financial assistance from the programme: Support to the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) Implementation Plan in Namibia.
