FWC.EEAS.DELMKD.INFO.2026.SER.FWC.003 - Joint actions against disinformation

The Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of North Macedonia is launching a call for tenders using a negotiated procedure with an aim of awarding a framework contract, for a maximum period of 4 years, for provision of services aimed at raising awareness about foreign information manipulation and interference and supporting public efforts for introduction of integrated institutional and societal responses. The services under this framework contract shall include capacity building, public advocacy events, information environment monitoring and analysis and multimedia content.
