The Delegation of the European Union to Pakistan, based in Islamabad, intends to launch a call for tender for a framework service contract for the provision of professional legal services concerning matters governed by Pakistan laws, including but not limited to general contract law, labour law, Real estate law, tax law and non-contractual liability (requested services). The contract will cover a period of 4 years.

All economic operators interested to be invited to participate in the tender shall submit their expression of interest by email on delegation-pakistan-procurement@eeas.europa.eu  by 15^th March 2024.

Once the deadline for inscription (expression of interest) is closed, we will be reaching out to all the list of economic operators to which the invitation to tender with the information on how to submit a tender will be sent. 

The European Union Delegation to Pakistan reserves the rights not to launch the negotiated procedure.
