1. Fostering confidence-building measures for the peaceful and productive co-existence of MILF and civilian communities 2. Accompaniment to JPST and other JNC bodies on civilian protection, conflict resolution, and proactive community 3. Support in the monitoring of GPH-MILF signed agreements 4. Enhancing the capacities of local partners and stakeholders on conflict-prevention, conflict resolution, and conflict management 5. Increasing engagement of LGUs and communities in the normalization process and promotion of culture of peace and non-violence |
