Call for Expression of Interest: Purchase of Vehicles (Van and Executive Car)



Reference: EEAS-004-DELPHLM-SUP-DIR-2022 Delegation Vehicles

The Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines intends to purchase two (2) vehicles:

  • one (1) 10-15 seater van;  
  • one (1) executive car.

Following this market research, the Delegation will launch a tender end March 2022.

The maximum value of the contract is estimated at EUR 65,000.

Legal entities and natural persons interested in participating in the forthcoming tender are invited to send us the below information to

  • Services offered following the order of vehicle (e.g. importation, registration of the vehicle, etc.) and conditions   
  • After sales services         
  • Are the parts and accessories ready available or do they have to be ordered?       
  • If the parts and accessories have to be ordered, how long does it take to have them delivered?
  • Are you offering insurance for vehicles (CTPL) and under what conditions?            

The deadline for submission of expression of interest is 18 March 2022.

Please note that pursuant to the provisions of the Vienna Convention of 18 April 1961 on diplomatic relations, the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines is exempt from all taxes and dues, including value added tax, on payments due in respect to the purchase of official vehicles.
