PH3D offers a framework that enhances the capacity of Partner Sites in a timely and priority-led data collection, data management, and data analysis to craft policies that lead to the optimum allocation of limited resources and deliver excellent services to the people

Develop site-specific policies to sustain the development and use of a data dashboard complemented by the involvement of local Civil Society Organizations
