The European Union and the Philippines concluded the 6th round of EU-Philippines Free Trade Agreement negotiations in Manila on 18-22 May 2026.
Discussions covered key areas aimed at advancing a modern, ambitious, and sustainable FTA that will strengthen our economic partnership, expand opportunities for businesses and consumers, and support resilient and diversified supply chains.
The EU remains committed to working closely with the Philippines towards a balanced and forward-looking agreement that delivers tangible benefits for both sides.
