Productive discussion with Secretary Rex Gatchalian of the Department of Social Welfare and Development - DSWD during our courtesy call this afternoon. The continues to partner with the joining hands with national and local authorities, the civil society and the private sector to promote rights-based social development and social services programmes, including in disaster preparedness and emergency response.
