Ex-ante publicity – Provision of PRO Services for the Delegation of the European Union to the State of Qatar

The Delegation of the European Union to the State of Qatar intends to launch a call for tenders using a negotiated procedure with a view to concluding a Framework Contract for the provision of PRO/Mandoub services.

This tender is addressed to duly registered economic operators, as well as natural persons, having the legal and technical capacity to perform the contract in the State of Qatar.

Economic operators and natural persons interested in being invited to tender are requested to submit an expression of interest no later than 8 July 2026 to:

The expression of interest shall contain:

• Business name (if applicable)

• Commercial Registration number (if applicable)

• Postal and physical address

• Name and e-mail address of contact person

• Telephone number

"PRO/Mandoub Services – EU Delegation to Qatar"

The present publication constitutes an ex-ante publicity notice only and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Delegation of the European Union to award a contract.

The procurement procedure will subsequently be launched by sending the procurement documents to all economic operators and natural persons having expressed interest and any other candidates selected by the Delegation.
