The European Union Delegation to Rwanda is pleased to invite expressions of interest from companies and organisations wishing to support the celebration of Europe Day 2026.
The Delegation will host its annual Europe Day reception early May 2026 in Kigali. To ensure a high-quality event, we welcome in-kind corporate sponsorship, particularly for event logistics—such as catering and beverages—as well as entertainment, including live music and performances.
Europe Day is a global celebration of peace and unity in Europe and partnerships around the world. In Rwanda, the reception brings together a distinguished audience of VIPs from government institutions, the private sector, civil society, and the diplomatic community. The event offers an excellent platform for companies and organisations to enhance their visibility and promote their brand, products, or services through collaboration with the European Union Delegation to Rwanda.
Companies and organisations interested in providing in-kind sponsorship (goods and/or services) for the Europe Day celebration in Kigali are invited to submit an expression of interest. Submissions should include a description of the proposed
contribution as well as a company profile, and must be sent by Friday 17 April 2026 to the following email address: DELEGATION-RWANDA-TENDERS@eeas.europa.eu
The EU Delegation will review all proposals in accordance with the eligibility and selection criteria outlined below. Selected companies and organisations will be contacted by Monday 27 April 2026 at the latest in order to conclude a Corporate Sponsorship Agreement. This agreement will define the specific terms and conditions of the sponsorship, including the visibility and promotional opportunities granted to sponsors.
