CALL FOR CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP FOR EUROPE DAY THURSDAY 14 MAY 2026

The European Union Delegation to Sierra Leone will host its annual Europe Day reception on Thursday 14 May 2026, starting at 6.30 pm.

Europe Day, also referred to as "Schuman Day", is an annual celebration of peace and unity in Europe.

This year, the European Union and Sierra Leone are celebrating fifty (50) years of partnership.  This celebration will bring together about 400 European and Sierra Leonean dignitaries and international partners. The event offers an excellent opportunity for companies and organizations to promote their image, brands, and activities through corporate sponsorship and collaboration with the European Union Delegation to Sierra Leone.

The event can be supported through in-kind provision of staff, products or services (catering, beverages, decoration and flower arrangements, light and sound system, cultural performance, live music band, printing of materials, etc.). Contributions may also take the form of products being distributed/offered to guests at the event. Interested companies/organisations should submit expressions of their interest for sponsorship of one of the above-mentioned items or activities, by submitting the sponsorship application form which can be accessed below -
