The European Commission is seeking proposals to strengthen CSOs and Local Authorities as independent actors of good governance and development in their own right, and to contribute to youth socio-economic empowerment and contribution towards a more inclusive and sustainable growth in Sierra Leone.

The deadline for submission of concept notes is on 30th April 2024 at 17:00 Sierra Leone time (19:00 Brussels time). To apply to this call for proposals organisations must register in PADOR and submit their application in PROSPECT.
To help applicants familiarise themselves with the system before the online submission, an online information session will be organised on 26 March 2024 at 10:30 Sierra Leone time (11:30 Brussels time) (only virtual).
