19.05.2026

Meet Ibrahim Kamara, a poultry farmer rearing over 2,000 chicken layers at his farmhouse along the Masiaka–Guinea highway. For Ibrahim, reliable access to chicken feed is essential. Thanks to the highway, transportation of chicken feed from his suppliers to the farmhouse is easier and faster. His story highlights how better road infrastructure is supporting local enterprises, improving supply chains, and creating opportunities across Sierra Leone.
