Call For proposal: "Support to civil society promoting human rights, fostering freedom of expression and enhancing peace-building through culture and sports, in Somalia
The Delegation of the European Union to the Federal Republic of Somalia is seeking proposals to support civil society in the promotion and protection of: (i) human rights and fundamental freedoms; (ii) democracy; and (iii) the rule of law in Somalia, with financial assistance from the Human Rights and Democracy envelope of the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument – Global Europe (NDICI – Global Europe) Thematic Programme.
The specific objective of this call for proposals is to support civil society organisations to contribute to the promotion and protection of human rights, foster freedom of expression and enhance peacebuilding, conflict prevention and social cohesion, through arts, culture and sports.

The deadline for submission of concept notes is 04 May 2023.
An online information session via Webex is planned for Tuesday, 04 April 2023, at 10:00 (Nairobi time.)
