The Delegation of the European Union to the Federal Republic of Somalia is seeking proposals to support civil society in Strengthening women’s economic empowerment & inclusive market participation, and Strengthening civil society to protect human rights in Somalia, with financial assistance from the NDICI Civil Society Organisations & Human Rights and Democracy thematic programmes
