Definitive anti-dumping measures on imports of Korean heavyweight thermal paper

After a thorough investigation, the European Commission decided to impose definitive anti-dumping measures in the framework of the anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of Korean heavyweight thermal paper into the European Union. The definitive anti-dumping duty of 15,8% is imposed as of 20 October 2020 on Korean exports to the EU of the concerned products. Please find attached the regulation published in the Official Journal.
