On November 12, 2019, <Diplomatic Briefing on the Results of the Universal periodic Review (UPR) 3rd Cycle and DPRK> was held at the EU Delegation.

During the session, NGOs on DPRK human rights issues gave an analysis of DPRK's response to the UPR 3rd cycle recommendations, and held a discussion on how EU member states can contribute UPR recommendation process with embassy representatives.
