EU Delegation to RoK Submits Amicus Curiae to Constitutional Court Against Death Penalty

The EU supports the abolition of the death penalty worldwide. On 15 July, the Delegation of the European Union (EU) to the Republic of Korea (RoK) submitted an Amicus Curiae, prepared by the International Commission against the Death Penalty (ICDP)  to the South Korean Constitutional Court supporting a case aiming at abolishing the death penalty in the RoK.
