The European Commission DG European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) Office in Juba – South Sudan is planning to launch a tender to conclude a contract for the provision of IT Maintenance Services for ECHO Office. 

The threshold of the tender is foreseen as Eur. 25,000.00 for the total duration of the contract, estimated at four years. The launch of procurement procedure will be late July 2025. 

The objective of this call for expression is to solicit reputable IT Maintenance Providers who can offer the enlisted service. 

All the economic operators (registered and licensed in Juba – South Sudan, willing to participate in the tender are kindly requested to claim their interest by sending an email titled “Provision of IT Maintenance Services for the ECHO Juba Office” to the email address ECHO-Administration.Juba@echofield.eu on or before 14/07/2025 at 1400Hrs
