The European Union has learnt with great sorrow of the passing of H.E. Ms. Tosca Barucco, Chargée d’Affaires a.i. of the EU Delegation to Syria from August 2017 to July 2019. Ms Barucco passed away on Thursday 6 May 2021 in Italy.

The Delegation extends its condolences to her family, her beloved ones and close colleagues.
