Applications for the 2022-2023 academic year 100% EU funded Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme, one of the most prestigious scholarship schemes in Turkey, starts today! (24 September 2021).

The application deadline is 29 November 2021.

Approximately 160 scholarships will be granted for the 2022-2023 academic year. 50% of the scholarships will be allocated to the public sector, 30% to the universities and 20% to the private sector.

The 100% EU-funded Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme supports Turkey in its efforts towards accession by strengthening Turkey’s administrative capacity for the implementation of the EU acquis. The programme provides opportunities to the applicants from the public sector as well as individuals from universities, NGOs, private sector and graduate students to carry out their post-graduate studies in EU acquis related areas in the EU Member States. In this way, young professionals' perspective and perception of the European integration process is broadened and the bonds between young Turkish professionals and those of the EU is strengthened.

The applicants; who are currently

• working in the public sector in Turkey,
• working in the private sector in Turkey,
• working in the universities as academic or administrative staff or studying as senior or graduate students in Turkey

may apply to the Programme.
