Commissioner Bulc and Minister Mehmet Cahit Turhan are signing the project financing agreement for the Halkalı – Kapıkule railway project. The EU will provide 275 million euro of grants to support the flagship railway project.



The new railway line will help connect Turkey more closely to the EU. Passengers and businesses will enjoy safe, reliable and faster connections via the Halkali – Kapikule railway line.
