Recap

This film plays out in Ukraine on a single day: March 14, 2022, the 2,944th day of the Russian-Ukrainian War. The film presents this day in the lives of a pop music star, video engineer, historian, art restorer, polar researcher, and pensioner, who were all forced to radically change their lives.

Director

Volodymyr Tykhyy

Born in 1971 in a town of Chervonograd in Lviv region. He graduated from Kyiv State Institute of Theatrical Art. During the 1990s he completed several shorts, the most popular being "Mermaid" that participated in more than 80 festivals. His feature film debut, Car Washer (2010) was screened in Karlovy Vary IFF. Recently he has been directing the documentary web-series Babylon’13 dedicated to social and cultural revolution in Ukraine starting from 2013.
