Representatives of PPP authorities from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan met in Dushanbe on 14–15 October 2026 to share experiences, discuss priority infrastructure projects and strengthen regional cooperation.
Through the EU-funded Trans-Caspian Transport Corridor Capacity Development Programme, implemented by Expertise France, the workshop supported practical exchanges on PPP preparation, financing, risk management and negotiations — helping turn infrastructure priorities into investment-ready projects under the EU’s Global Gateway strategy.
