On 11 February 2026, H.E. Mrs Luisa Ragher presented to His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua her Letters of Credence as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the European Union to the Kingdom of Thailand, at a ceremony held at Amphorn Sathan Residential Hall, Bangkok Dusit Palace.
