This action aims to empower children to understand their rights and promote gender equality and inclusion. It aims to enhance the capacity of Timorese civil society actors to advocate for child rights, engage young people with decision-makers, and improve legal frameworks for the targeted groups as well as for children deprived of a family environment and juvenile justice, adolescent mothers, child laborers.
