Maloa Urban Resilience is implemented in six target villages (Kampung Alor, Motael, Colmera, Bairo Pite, Villa Verde, Dare) within the Maloa watershed in Dili Municipality, Timor Leste

The Maloa Watershed Management Council (MWMC) will be established to bring together all key stakeholders to discuss projects and develop plans to enhance and restore the watershed environment from the risk of disaster.

The initiative will re-establish Suco Disaster Management Committee and develop their capacity on disaster risk management.
