Deputy head of the EU Delegation to Turkmenistan Ms. Renata Wrobel has awarded winners of the essay contest of the public association 'Yenme' dedicated to the international Day of persons with disabilities and Human rights day.

EU Delegation to Turkmenistan was part of the jury panel together with representatives of the OHCHR, journalists and civil society, and has provided presents for the three winners who were students with family members with disabilities and socially active citizens.

The goal of the contest was to promote the Day of persons with disabilities and Human rights day and spread knowledge of the social inclusive development.

The essays were focused on the need for social inclusion, the legal framework on the subject and the civil activist.
