Офіс реформ Кабінету міністрів України – це консультативно-дорадчий орган, що допомагає Уряду України у розробці та втіленні пріоритетних для країни реформ. Використовуючи міжнародну експертизу та широкий галузевий досвід своїх фахівців, Офіс надає комплексну підтримку Кабінету Міністрів, супроводжуючи реформи від аналізу проблеми і розробки ідеї та механізму її впровадження до моніторингу ефективності та комунікації змін.

Функції, права та обов'язки Офісу врегульовані постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 11 жовтня 2016 р. № 768

Офіс реформ шукає висококваліфікованого фахівця на посаду Виконавчого директора Офісу реформ КМУ.

Виконавчий директор Офісу реформ підпорядковуватиметься Прем’єр-міністру України.

Вказаний фахівець забезпечуватиме надання адресної технічної підтримки Секретаріату Кабінету Міністрів України та визначеним міністерствам і відомствам.

Виконавчий директор Офісу реформ працюватиме за консультаційним контрактом. Рівень оплати праці є конкурентним та визначається індивідуально на основі оцінки знань, компетенцій та професійного досвіду кандидата. Виконавчий директор Офісу не є державним службовцем*.

Announcement of the selection of consultants to the Reforms Delivery Office at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The Reforms Delivery Office (RDO) is an advisory body, which assists the Government of Ukraine in the development and implementation of priority reforms. Using the international expertise and extensive industry experience of their experts, the Office provides comprehensive support to the Cabinet of Ministers, accompanying reforms from problem analysis and development of the concept and mechanism of its implementation to monitoring the effectiveness and communicating change.

The functions, rights and responsibilities of the RDO are regulated by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, as of October 11, 2016 № 768.

RDO is looking for highly qualified Executive director of the Reforms Delivery Office.

RDO Executive director will be subordinated to the Prime Minister of Ukraine.

The selected professional will provide targeted technical assistance to the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and to defined ministries and agencies.

RDO Executive director will work under advisory contract. Salary level offered is competitive and will be determined individually based on assessment of candidate’s knowledge, competencies, and professional experience. RDO executive director is not a civil servant*.

Only Ukrainian nationals are eligible to apply.
