On the occasion of International Women’s Day, this event will facilitate a conversation about past and current gender dynamics in diplomacy, challenges and opportunities of women in multilateralism, and the recent backlash in gender equality. The event will bring together female leaders from across all regions, creating a space for interaction with a young, motivated, and engaged audience of trainees and young professionals. The event will be moderated by trainees of the EU Delegation in Geneva and is designed to allow the audience to engage, to share their views, and to participate in the discussion.
