DELUSAN/2026/3 – New York Delegation Office Renovation – Infrastructure Coordinator

The Delegation of the European Union to the United Nations in New York is launching a call for tender using a negotiated procedure for Infrastructure Coordination Services. The successful tenderer is expected to act as the single point of contact for the anticipated Delegation office renovation project, due to commence in early 2027. This role will require a high degree of coordination between all parties, including HQ in Brussels, NYC Delegation colleagues, the landlord and any other contractors/stakeholders involved in the project as necessary. 

The Infrastructure Coordinator will oversee the project from start to finish, including, but not limited to: 

• Preparation/design consultancy; 
• Coordination of fit-out works; 
• Closeout; 
• Move management;
• And other related tasks.
