Ambassador Martin Selmayr welcomed today to Villa Europa Japan’s new Ambassador to the Holy See, Koji Abe.

The EU and Japan are very close partners and allies, including as members of the G7. Our trade agreement, in force since 2019, has deepened our ties and brought a lot of prosperity to our citizens.
