The Global Gateway – full day at Villa Europa

Ambassador Martin Selmayr and the Director General for International Partnerships (INTPA) of the European Commission, Erica Gerretsen, met the UN representatives of the 27 EU Membership and of the African Regional Group at Villa Europa for a presentation on the Global Gateway. Interesting discussions on the new approach of the EU to international development cooperation and to strategically working together with the private sector. 

We are currently rolling out Global Gateway projects with our partners across the world, and we will also do this increasingly at the Rome-based UN Organisations FAO and IFAD.
