Multilateralism in action at FAO’s COFI37

At the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in Rome this week, TeamEurope and its friend and allies are working together with other regions in the interest of sustainable fisheries and aquaculture at COFI37, FAO’s Committee on Fisheries.

Legally binding international agreements against illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing - such as the important Port State Measures, Agreement (PSMA) -, sustainable trade, climate finance and scientific capacity committed to climate-informed stock modelling are part of our instruments to feed the hungry in the world, support sustainable development and human rights. This is multilateralism in action, and we thank all who work hard for it this week.
