Next week’s WFP EB meeting but first the visit of the Pope

The European Union is preparing for next week’s WFP Executive Board meeting. It will be preceded by the first visit to WFP of Pope Leo XIV. 

WFP is a crucial UN Organisation, which is saving lives and changing lives in a growing number of crisis hotspots in the world.

The EU and its 27 Member States stand behind the indispensable mission of WFP and its impressive, hardworking staff and are a strong, predictable and reliable contributor to WFP’s work.
