President Roberta Metsola meets the Pope

Today, the President of the European Parliament President Roberta Metsola had a private audience with Pope Leo XIV and met with Cardinal Pietro Parolin and Archbishop Paul Gallagher.
The European Union and the Holy See have diplomatic relations since 55 years and share the belief that peace needs to be advanced through dialogue across Europe and the world.
