Call for tender - Building Management System (BMS) Refurbishment and Upgrade - EU Delegation to the UK

The Delegation of the European Union to the United Kingdom intends to launch a procurement procedure for the refurbishment, reinstatement and upgrade of the Building Management System (BMS) at Europe House, 32 Smith Square, London SW1P 3EU.

 

 

Work will comprise the refurbishment, reinstatement and replacement of the existing Building Management System, including renewal of obsolete control equipment and supervisory infrastructure, restoration of central BMS command and control, re-integration of previously connected building services, and all associated engineering, testing, commissioning and handover activities. The contract will also include a 12-month service and maintenance period following completion of works.
