In Short, Europe: Opening Doors - The best of European short films returned to London!

The Delegation of the European Union to the UK, in partnership with EUNIC London, Regent Street Cinema, and the Westminster School of Media and Communication at the University of Westminster, proudly presented the 7th edition of In Short, Europe on 7–8 November 2025.

Now a much-anticipated appointment in London’s cultural calendar, In Short, Europe continued its growth with another exceptional edition. This year’s theme, “Opening Doors,” brought together 19 short films from across the continent — from Romania to Scotland, with powerful stories from the Faroe Islands, Flanders, Finland, and beyond.

“Opening Doors” lies at the heart of what the EU stands for: openness, diversity, and inclusion, both within our borders and beyond.
